The menu was designed as a curated journey, with entrees, desserts, and specialty beverages inspired by cosmic elements, while honoring individual needs through options tailored to dietary restrictions. Knowing that aroma is tied to memory and that dining can leave lingering scents, I introduced a set of bespoke fragrances distributed mid-flight, which allows guests to refresh and preserve a sensory imprint of the experience long after landing.
